Well, after a horrible nights of sleeping last week, Brian and I broke down. The last two nights have been spent doing things the old school way. When Jackson came home from the hospital, Brian and Clayton ended up sleeping in our bed, while Jackson and I slept in the extra bedroom. Out of desperation, we're back to that. And even though it's totally dysfunctional, I've slept better the last two nights than I've slept in a couple of months!!! Jackson wakes up and I just hand the bottle over to him with no drama (although he still snacks way too much each night!). And Clayton sleeps soundly through on the other side of the house. Not that he had an uneventful night--Brian said it took him a couple of hours to get to sleep even laying with him. We'll do this until Clayton's new bed gets here in a couple of weeks. We've got that long to get his new room painted and ready to go--and to talk it up BIG TIME! Hopefully he'll be on board for the change!

I'm all about doing whatever you have to in order to get enough rest.
HERE'S TO SLEEP!! However it is you have to get it...
I agree with CP-- You can't function without sleep. DO what's best for the family and work out the rest later. {{{hugs}}}
Sleep is the hardest thing in our household. We go through good phases and we go through just awful phases. Cheers to making it work, no matter what, because you NEED it to function!
Kendall (dd#2) Took at least one bottle a night until she was 14 months old. She was just hungry!And then she started sleeping through the night and it was soooo wonderful! Jackson will get there - Hugs!!!
